Allegro Inventory Management Solution

Sockeye's Allegro Inventory Management enables users to generate inventory targets for any location in the inbound or outbound supply chain. The module supports multiple methods of generating inventory targets to support items at different stages of their lifecycle. Allegro Inventory Management also supports different inventory management strategies.

Inventory Target Generation

Allegro Inventory Management supports multiple methods of setting inventory targets including fixed, periods of coverage, and statistical methods. Minimum & maximum lower and upper bounds can be set to smooth targets generated by periods of coverage and statistical methods, and to force inventory builds for capacity constraints and new product introductions. Methods used can be time-phased throughout the horizon to address product lifecycle requirements.

Inventory Investment Metrics

Reports can be generated on-demand with Allegro Inventory Management to evaluate the projected investment in inventory across different aggregations of product, location and time. The impact of changes to inventory target parameters on projected service levels and inventory investment can be evaluated prior to publishing to operations.
