Allegro Supply Chain Event Management
Sockeye's Allegro SCEM solution is a very flexible tool for addressing a wide range of time-critical synchronization problems using real-time supply chain events, alert notification and problem ticketing. Modules include:
Integration Framework
Allegro SCEM’s powerful framework simplifies the integration of data from disparate systems. The framework supports most standard communication protocols for integration and provides process editing and data mapping tools for rapid and low cost integration.
Supply Chain Events
Sockeye Supply Chain's business object model contains over 150 supply chain objects that map to a wide range of business data supporting inbound and outbound supply chain operations. Events can be generated on changes of these objects based on business rules. Events can be propagated in a Publish/Subscribe manner if further processing is required.
Business Alerts
Alerts are used in Allegro SCEM to notify users that events have occurred, or that a problem exists. Alerts can be configured (without coding) to trigger in real-time based on any change to a particular business object. Alerts can also be configured to trigger on aggregated/calculated data, or can be triggered by comparing data to a defined level or limit. Alerts can be delivered by email, and to personal communication devices.
Problem Ticketing
Problem ticketing provides a transparent way of communicating problems and tracking the progress made towards their ultimate resolution. A problem ticketing process can be defined for any event. The process can be as simple as requiring acknowledgement of a request. Allegro SCEM can also be extended to manage more complex problems such as tracking a returned order of defective material through re-work back to customer.
